Moved to New Blog

This blog was an experiment - and it looks like there is sufficient interest to keep it alive - but it takes a lot of time to make it readable and manageable, so we're moving to a different site, and hopefully better format:

MOST of the comments from this blog have been transferred - a couple of the long self serving notes which best belong on a personal blog didn't make the transition, nor did the comments underneath them. If you feel we have unjustly edited it or cut your comments, feel free to resubmit them on the new blog site. Quite frankly, they fell out of context when the original post was removed.
